I applied on the portal but I need to submit additional documents/information how do I submit it?

You can do this by signing back into the portal, clicking on ‘My Account,’ and then clicking ‘Message Center.’ From there, you can attach additional documents by clicking on ‘Attach a File’ in the chat.
