Connecting Talent with Opportunities

College Choice Support Services provides academic, financial, and social support to help young people in foster care in New York City thrive in higher education. Students can attend an accredited college or university anywhere in the country and have access to specialized tutoring, coaching, and career counseling, along with tuition & fees assistance, housing support, and direct cash assistance.

Services

We Support Foster Youth in Their Academic, Personal, and Professional Journeys Through:

Tutoring

Academic support, advocacy, and access to learning services

College Success Advising

Social/emotional support, post-college planning, housing, mental & behavioral health support

Career Counseling

Internships, job connections, networking, career readiness events

Financial Support

Assistance with tuition payments and housing

Up to $15,000

to cover tuition and fees each academic year.
